Billy’s television credits include CMT’s “Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team” and “Peter Perfect” on BRAVO, and he was voted “Best Colorist in Dallas” by the editors of D Magazine.
They say that to be the best, you have to train with the best…which is exactly how Billy became the master colorist he is today. After training under iconic celebrity stylist José Eber, Billy went on to work at José Eber salons in Houston and Dallas. Later, he traveled throughout Canada and the U.S. teaching color techniques at Premier Atelier locations. “I take great pride in my work,” Billy says. “I want my clients to leave the salon feeling they’ve received a service they could only get from me.”
